Marianne Weber

Marianne Weber comes from Bern, where she began her acting training at the Conservatory, which she continued after studying history and German studies and completed with the state examination in Munich.

Permanent engagements led Marianne Weber to Zurich and to the Stadttheater St. Gallen. Since then working as a freelance actress, she also produced her own theater projects and founded DAS Theater on Effingerstrasse in Bern together with two partners in 1998.

Marianne Weber passes on her theater experience through teaching, including as a lecturer in performance competence at the University of Applied Sciences in Economics in Zurich. She recently completed her education with a Master's degree in Theater Studies.
